What I'm looking for
I am an Integrations Lead with over a decade of experience delivering cross-platform connectivity, operational support, and multi-team integration projects. I have led end-to-end integrations, reduced downtime, and improved interoperability across customer and internal services.
At United.Cloud I transitioned the integration team to DevOps tasks, took over infrastructure support and provisioning, and implemented knowledge-base processes to improve operational continuity. I have operationally led CDN integrations, set up JIRA workflows for team collaboration, and provided major troubleshooting and release oversight.
