I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Therapist focused on online psychological counselling for adults. In my current roles, I support clients in German, English, and Greek, working across clinical and therapeutic contexts with an evidence-based approach.
My training and practice emphasize applied clinical reasoning, case-based learning with intensive clinical scenarios, and critical appraisal of psychiatric research. I’m especially grounded in evaluating psychological interventions, including CBT, within psychiatric contexts, as reflected in my focus and education.
Alongside clinical work, I’ve built extensive experience in refugee support and facility leadership. As a Facility Manager and specialist in refugee support for families and men with increased support needs, I coordinated services that required empathy, structure, and continuity of care.
I also contribute beyond direct counselling through coordination and community roles, including coordinator work for volunteers and activities and volunteer probation officer experience. I bring a practitioner’s calm and responsibility—combining therapeutic focus with strong organizational and support-system experience.
