I am a psychological counselor and certified Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie who conducts individual and group therapy and coaching with a systemic, solution-focused approach. Since 01.2024 I have been engaged in professional development and active job search.

During my vocational training I led Einzel- und Gruppentherapiesitzungen and Einzel- und Gruppencoachings, with thematic strengths in systemic psychotherapy, couples counseling, ambivalence training, crisis intervention and resilience counseling. I apply practical, client-centered methods to support stabilization and change.

I completed Heilpraktiker training for psychotherapy and pursued further specialization in trauma pedagogy and therapy for children and adolescents, building skills in trauma-informed approaches. My background also includes study in psychology and social pedagogy and earlier vocational experience in culinary and hospitality roles, which strengthened my communication and teamwork abilities.

I work bilingually and value clear, empathetic communication and continued learning. I am seeking a role where I can apply trauma-informed practice, deliver individual and group interventions, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on client recovery and resilience.
