What I'm looking for
I’m a Junior UX/UI Designer with hands-on experience designing 16+ screens across core user flows for a live ed-tech platform (EduMatch) during a UX internship. I independently led two end-to-end UX case studies (CareHub, My Little Closet), taking work from research through wireframing, prototyping, and iterative usability testing.
I combine a Google UX Design Certificate, an engineering foundation, and strong Figma skills to design clear, user-centered digital products. Before UX, I built deep customer insight through roles like Customer Experience Research Assistant and Customer Experience Specialist—interviewing clients/patients, identifying recurring friction points, and translating feedback into actionable improvements.
