Dimakatso Mogale

I’m a finance operations professional focused on payment operations, reconciliation, and ensuring transactions meet internal controls and external regulations. In my current role, I own payment operations for African entities and keep systems running reliably.

I utilize Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERPs to process payments, troubleshoot errors, and maintain system integrity. I maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation while coordinating with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams on payment-related matters.

Previously, I supported AP and month-end close activities at Infobip Africa—entering invoices and documents, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payment batches for timely processing. I also managed credit card expense documentation, bank-to-system reconciliation, and travel and expense report processing.

Before that, I worked as an Accountant associate at Kesho Charted Accountants, where I verified bank statements against Xero records, processed supplier invoices, and supported revenue reconciliation and customer invoicing. I’m also trained in internal auditing through Vaal University of Technology, and I’m committed to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
