My final-year project examined probabilistic seismic hazard analysis of Nepal using a validated seismic source model. I led the project, which aimed to develop a hazard map and site-specific hazard curves.
For a Research Management Unit (RMU) project, I worked on validating seismic source models for Nepal. The Single Ramp Model for MHT came out as the best-suited model for hazard estimation in Nepal.
I co-authored a 2024 paper on probabilistic seismic hazard analysis of Nepal in the Journal of Engineering Issues and Solutions. I also teach Civil Engineering subjects at Padmakanya Vidyashram Secondary School.
