At Vistra, I own business analysis and platform enablement for Solvas, supporting onboarding of complex lending deals across UK, India, Mauritius, and Malaysia. I also coordinate with the third-party vendor on enhancements and issue resolution.
I manage requirements and backlog prioritization for Vistra’s in-house reporting platform, translating business needs into functional requirements and solution logic. I’ve managed 50+ feature and reporting requests and supported developer handoff, testing, and post-launch adoption.
I translated lending and compliance requirements into configurable system logic, including covenant compliance tests and pass/fail rules. I also designed and delivered an in-house Power App for India’s sales referral process, replacing Excel tracking; it recorded ~1,000 referrals and reached 100% adoption.
At Spendflo, I translated customer feedback from sales conversations into user stories and worked with Product and Engineering on solution improvements. Earlier, as a Business Analyst Intern at HyperVerge, I analyzed performance marketing data and contributed to market sizing research for HyperStart CLM.
