Diksha Dhankhar

I’m a recently graduated Civil Engineer, currently pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Engineering at Concordia University. I’m eager to apply my academic knowledge and hands-on project experience to help organizations grow with professionalism and precision.

Across my studies, I’ve built a strong foundation in core Civil Engineering principles, including structural design, construction management, and sustainable practices. I enjoy turning engineering fundamentals into practical, real-world problem solving.

In my role as Project Planner (Civil) at MSK Design Associates, I ensured building codes and regulations were followed throughout projects, and collaborated with engineers and project managers to optimize planning and scheduling—contributing to a 25% reduction in project costs. I also managed equipment inventory to reduce waste and optimize storage space.

I’m motivated to strengthen both technical and interpersonal skills while contributing to the execution of innovative engineering solutions. My work includes green concrete research and LEED-related training (LEED Green Associate, 2025), which fuels my interest in sustainable construction and greener building outcomes.
