On my Olist E-Commerce Analytics project, I analyzed 99K+ Brazilian orders to evaluate delivery performance, customer experience, revenue, seller risk, and logistics. I identified an 8.11% late-delivery rate and a 1.72-point review-score gap between early or on-time deliveries and late deliveries.
I cleaned and validated the data in Excel, explored it with Python, and developed 14 SQL analyses. I also built five interactive Tableau dashboards to present the findings.
I'm currently completing the IBM SkillsBuild Data Analytics with AI Internship at BharatCares, in collaboration with AICTE and IBM. On my NYC TLC HVFHV project, I analyzed 62.9M+ Q1 2026 trip records and identified recurring 6 PM demand peaks and approximately 72% HV0003 market share.
