I’m currently an Assistant Manager, and I bring deep ownership across FP&A, R2R, and AR operations—covering planning, month-end close, actuals reporting, and reconciliation-driven reporting.
Over my career, I’ve led operational teams and stabilized finance processes across multiple geographies. I’ve owned R2R (GAAP journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory reporting, and audit queries), managed AR (cash application & collections), and supported intercompany operations (reconciliations, clearing analysis, mismatches, and HFM submissions).
I also focus heavily on process improvement and automation. I’ve handled successful finance transitions (US GAAP/STAT and LATAM to India), created process MAP/SLA/SOPs, built UAT support practices, and automated monthly critical expense reporting using macros—while driving operational outcomes like reducing open reconciliation items and leading an unapplied cash clearance project (~$5M).

Managed the US insurance operational finance team (3 people) covering R2R and related accounting activities. Performed payroll journal entries, accrual/pre-paid accounting, fixed assets depreciation accounting, collections and bank/balance sheet/vendor reconciliations, and supported audit queries.
Worked in a US insurance collections process involving follow-up with customers for overdue/overlimit premium payments and updating customer accounts based on call conversations. Managed cash posting/allocation and produced monthly insurance reporting including cash book reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, suspense reporting, query/error analysis, and write-off/bad debt reporting.
