I’m a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst with 18+ years of experience managing mission-critical environments across fintech, industrial, and engineering settings. I’ve led cloud architecture, information security, virtualization, and infrastructure automation to keep systems resilient under strict SLAs.

In my most recent role, I owned end-to-end infrastructure for a 24/7 transaction-critical fintech environment. I managed the full migration to AWS—EC2, ECS Fargate, RDS, and Route 53—reducing operational costs and eliminating legacy hardware dependency.

I design for high availability and operational continuity, implementing redundancy and contingency planning to achieve “zero unplanned downtime.” I’ve also reduced MTTR through script-based automation and Terraform (IaC), freeing teams to focus on strategic initiatives.

Security and service excellence are central to how I work: I’ve deployed firewall/VPN controls, continuous monitoring, and access governance to reduce the external attack surface. I’ve standardized IT service processes using ITIL v3, led digital transformation initiatives, and created runbooks that improve onboarding and eliminate single points of knowledge failure.
