Led full operational and P&L for the LATAM region, managing 8 sites across Peru, Brazil, and Argentina with 700+ people. Designed and implemented integrated planning (S&OP) and TPM, achieving 20% productivity improvement and 15% operating-cost reduction, and delivered a new greenfield plant in Lima, Peru.

Led the greenfield project of the company's most automated and robotized assembly plant worldwide, achieving 85% OEE within 30 days, WCM Silver certification, and zero lost-time accidents. Implemented maintenance pillars and built the technical team, onboarding 400 staff.

Owned full P&L for the Argentina business unit, growing revenue from USD 50M to USD 320M and executing USD 150M+ in expansion projects. Sustained operational transformation over 6 years, improving OEE from 60% to 90% and reducing scrap from 7% to 2%, and led the start-up of a greenfield operation in Paraguay.

Progressed over nine years to Operations Manager at Argentina's largest steel plant, with earlier roles in Commercial and After-Sales. Led the San Luis–Buenos Aires plant relocation with no impact on continuity and implemented Six Sigma Black Belt.
