I’m a Technical Business Analyst focused on the intersection of business, technology, data, and AI, with hands-on experience in PIM, product data, systems analysis, and client implementations.

I have worked across the full lifecycle of PIM projects, from requirements gathering and data analysis to configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. My experience includes inRiver, SQL, Excel, Jira, APIs, data validation, system integrations, and working with large product datasets.

I actively use AI tools in my day-to-day work to accelerate research, analyze data, investigate technical issues, improve documentation, explore solutions, and automate repetitive tasks. I’m particularly interested in finding practical ways to combine AI with business processes and technology to make teams more efficient and improve decision-making.

I enjoy understanding how systems and business processes work, identifying gaps and problems, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions. I’ve worked closely with clients and cross-functional teams across business, marketing, engineering, and technology.

I’m now looking to grow within an international, remote-first environment where I can contribute as a Business Analyst while expanding my experience in AI, technology, data, SaaS, e-commerce, PIM, and digital transformation.

I’m looking for fully remote opportunities that operate within APAC time zones, and I’m comfortable collaborating with distributed international teams across the region.
