Senior Frontend Engineer with 13+ years in software development, including nearly a decade at Vaadin. I specialize in TypeScript, browser internals, accessibility, and performance, with expertise transferable across frontend frameworks and libraries. At Vaadin, I built and maintained an open-source library of 56 web components with Java APIs, used by about 10,000 developers a month. I owned the Vaadin Charts upgrade from Highcharts 9 to 12, mapping breaking changes and shipping replacement APIs for deprecated behavior.

I also worked on Vaadin's commercial Charts and Spreadsheet components, investigate customer issues, and improve performance and accessibility. I care about clear APIs and safe migration paths, and use Claude Code agents to investigate, prototype, and review changes.
