At UNIT4, I lead end-to-end quality assurance for regional payroll, pension reporting, and reimbursement products. I helped initiate the first fully WCAG-compliant payroll product, improving accessibility and inclusivity.

I use JMeter for performance testing, Postman for API validation, SpecFlow for automation, and SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL to verify data quality. I also developed product-specific AI agents that centralize knowledge from tools, conversations, and documentation to speed onboarding and identify edge cases.

Previously at Garena, I tested web events and Free Fire in-game events and purchases, supporting titles including Free Fire, Call of Duty Mobile, Arena of Valor, and Blockman GO. My work included cross-browser testing, Selenium automation, LiveOps, smoke testing, hotfix testing, patch checks, and production configuration validation.

Across XL Axiata, Jakpat, and Qatros, I delivered API, database, web, mobile, load, and automation testing using Robot Framework, Ruby, Katalon, JMeter, and Selenium. I'm ISTQB CTFL certified and bring disciplined shift-left testing, ownership, and close cross-team collaboration to product quality.
