At Polpharma Santo, I automated distributor and pharmacy chain reporting with Python and Power Query, saving about six hours of manual work each week. I consolidate and clean sales and stock data from sources across Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, and built a product-name mapping reference to unify SKUs.
I built Power BI dashboards for sell-in, sell-out, stock, and market share, with row-level security. More than 15 executives, brand managers, and medical reps use them.
I also built automated forecast analysis and weekly recommended-order calculations for distributors and pharmacy chains. I flag overstock and understock risks and recommend stock redistribution.
Before that, I managed in-store consultants at HONOR, planned routes and schedules as a Senior Dispatcher at IH Cargo, and ran IT infrastructure and membership operations at Cyber House. I use AI tools daily to speed up analysis and am currently learning SQL.
