I seek a role combining clinical knowledge and administrative leadership—ideally medical virtual assistance, scheduling, quality assurance, and team supervision in a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.

I am a board-certified Physical Therapist with over three years of leadership and administrative experience supervising teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality assurance in fast-paced educational and clinical settings. I combine clinical knowledge in orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological rehabilitation with strong communication, documentation, and tech-savvy administrative abilities.

I have led ESL instructor teams, conducted quality reviews, onboarded and trained staff, and acted as a liaison between management and personnel to improve performance and operations.
