I've led integrative and functional medicine practices at Casner Mountain Healing Center and Su Clinica del Valle, translating complex clinical histories and specialty laboratory data into evidence-informed care. At Su Clinica del Valle, I directed a multidisciplinary practice serving approximately 25,000 returning patient visits and led four physicians and twelve medical assistants.

My work centers on GI health, microbiome mapping, advanced stool testing, organic acids, toxic-burden panels, metabolic health, hormone health, and Functional Medicine Matrix interpretation. I help clinicians move from isolated biomarkers to integrated, clinically meaningful patterns and actionable next steps.

As a U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist and Chief Hospital Corpsman, I developed curricula and educated and evaluated more than 500 clinical personnel. I'm also the author of The Savage Diet and bring a longstanding commitment to making complex health science clear and useful.
