I’m an administrative professional with experience across operations, administration, and customer service. I’m detail-oriented and responsible, and I focus on making daily work run smoothly through accurate documentation and reliable reporting.

As an Assistant Leader at PT Selaras Donlim Indonesia, I managed daily operational data and prepared daily reports using Microsoft Excel. I also monitored team performance and production targets, organized administrative documents, and assisted daily operational activities to support consistent execution.

Before that, I worked as a Marketing Executive at PT Indo Multi Megah, where I promoted products to customers and helped them with product information. I managed customer data and sales documents, ensuring customer records and documentation stayed organized and up to date.

I bring a foundation in Accounting from SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bekasi and I’ve earned a certification in Human Resources and Professionalism in Tourism (Hygiene Sanitation). I’m comfortable working in a team and apply a careful, service-focused approach to every task I handle.
