I've handled initial enrollments, revalidations, reactivations, reassignments and terminations for government payers while using CMS, PECOS, NPPES, PAVE, CCS and Epic. At Peraton and UCLA Health I served remotely as a provider enrollment clerk, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Earlier roles as a medical administrator and marketing manager at Back to Wellness involved appointment scheduling, insurance verification, DME and claim follow-ups, and weekly financial FOH reporting. I'm bilingual in Spanish and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, patient liaison work, and case management for personal injury and workers' compensation.
