What I'm looking for

I want to build and maintain reliable .NET desktop/web applications, while leading agile delivery—coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring production-quality outcomes through testing, documentation, and fast incident resolution.

I’m a dedicated software engineer and Application Engineer with over 10 years of experience developing and maintaining desktop and web applications. I design and implement quality-focused applications, and I’m known for documenting steps clearly for knowledge sharing.

At Steelcase (2019–Present), I help global teams understand legacy architecture and align on common solutions. I developed an internal web application for “Check-in,” wrote unit tests using NUnit and XUnit, and publish applications to production while collaborating directly with zone leaders to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.

I also lead and coordinate delivery work: I manage backlog and sprint planning, prioritize stories, and guide the team through agile methodologies as an “Agile Delivery Lead.” As a P1 coordinator, I lead meetings, collect inputs across global teams, and drive urgent outages through to final resolution, maintaining constant communication with IT, business, and zone leaders.

Beyond engineering, I enjoy translating and writing—working as a freelance Translator (EN-RO) and Technical Content Writer. I apply SEO best practices using tools like SEMRush and Yoast, and I tailor technical explanations into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
