I'm looking to apply my emergency-care documentation experience to clinical data abstraction, quality review, or clinical research coordination roles focused on accurate records, protocol adherence, and regulatory compliance.

At GuideWell Emergency Doctors, I document clinical findings, vital signs, and treatment data for 20–40 high-acuity patients per shift in Wellsoft EHR, producing complete, accurate, audit-ready records.

I've worked across emergency department, pre-hospital, and urgent care settings since 2019, supporting patient assessment, triage, clinical procedures, handoffs, and protocol-driven care. I review charts in real time, flag missing documentation, and translate complex clinical encounters into clear records for care teams.
