At N A SHAH ASSOCIATES LLP, I worked as a Senior Tax Associate under Direct Taxation, reviewing income tax returns and tax audit reports and handling transfer pricing audits. I also prepared advance tax and foreign outward remittance compliances.
At BHADRESH DOSHI AND ASSOCIATES, I worked on domestic income tax litigation, including preparing appeals and submissions for Tribunal and CIT(A)/NFAC proceedings. I argued twice before the Tribunal and appeared twice before the CIT(A)/NFAC.
My work also covered assessment proceedings, tax audits and returns, TDS and TCS, advance tax estimations, and GST audits and notices. I finalized statutory notices and worked on LLP incorporation and related MCA compliances.
