At Insanity Labs, I tested the MayaMind healthcare application for functional, usability, localization, and cross-device issues across multi-country servers and multilingual interfaces. I validated diagnostic modules including Visual Acuity, Speech Recognition, Hearing Tests, and Practice Pareidolia, and documented defects with reproduction steps and expected versus actual results.
I also assisted with QMS documentation, SOPs, and document control, building working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016. In an independent project, I used SQL to clean and analyze genomic and protein datasets, including improving query performance for faster retrieval.
