At Hitachi Rail, I support 350+ SQL Server databases and Windows-based production systems within a secure enterprise AFC network for metropolitan transit operations. I monitor database health, backup integrity, and performance, and perform daily restore-readiness checks.
I also collect and reconcile operational and transactional data, including NCMC and UPI transactions. I use SQL queries and Excel-based reconciliation to automate recurring reports and verification activities, and support configuration validation, failover activities, and production changes with cross-functional teams.
At Infosys Limited, I developed and optimized SQL-based ETL workflows using AWS Glue, Lambda, and DMS, and designed reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. I also supported customer behavior analysis and segmentation, and built SQL-based monitoring and reporting automation scripts for database health checks and transaction validation.
