At Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, I build reporting, forecasting models, and dashboards for auto loan and lease portfolio management, collections, credit risk, bankruptcy, repossession, and servicing operations.
I use SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, and Excel to automate KPI reporting and analyze delinquency roll rates, charge-offs, recovery performance, call center operations, and portfolio trends.
