I’m a Data Analyst trainee working with Marg ERP, where I collaborate with the R&D team to understand client requirements and enterprise ERP workflows. I’ve supported healthcare partner platform integrations (JoyHealth, Healthians, Thyrocare, and Careplix) and contributed to requirement gathering, workflow analysis, testing, and issue resolution across ERP modules.

I bring an analytics-first mindset through projects like Telecom Churn Analysis, where I used SQL, Python (Pandas), Excel, and Power BI to uncover a ~26–27% churn rate, with >50% of churn happening in the first 1–2 months. I also studied contract behavior, finding month-to-month contracts drive ~85–90% of churn, while long-term contracts keep churn <10%, strengthening the retention story. Outside pure analytics, I build user-focused applications—like a responsive mental health web app with an integrated chatbot and a React-based library management site—so my work connects insights to real user experiences.
