I've conducted ethnographic research on caste, religion, sensory perception, and ritual life in Bengal, including fieldwork with the Sakhari community in Barrackpore and Kali temples in Kolkata.
My master’s research examines purity, odour, domesticity, sacrifice, mourning, and spirituality, and I presented papers on feminism, patriarchy, and the “Women Question” at international conferences in 2025.
I also bring seven years of freelance academic and content writing, alongside academic editing, social media management, marketing internships, teaching, and published work on English language politics and nation building.
