I'm currently leading strategic sourcing at V PLUS Electronics, covering Air Conditioners, Audio, Deep Freezers, LED TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and VISI Coolers. I drive sourcing strategy, vendor negotiations, ODM relationships, new product development, and cost and margin monitoring.

Previously at Marktech Polymers, I managed MRP from sales forecasts, procurement, vendor selection, production schedules, inventory, warehousing, stores, and dispatch. I also sourced key AC and cooler components including aluminum, compressors, copper, motors, and sheet metals.

At Videocon Industries, I led end-to-end supply chain planning for consumer electronics and home appliances across Videocon, Sansui, Philips, Electrotech, and Kelvinator. I managed demand forecasting, S&OP, production and procurement planning, capacity utilization, warehouse efficiency, and SAP PP/MM implementation.

My career began in planning, materials, inventory control, and warehouse management at MIRC Electronics, Ultra Tek Devices, and J. L. Morison. I've been recognized with the Videocon Achiever Award and Best Employee Award, and I value practical, cross-functional supply chain execution.
