Dheeraj Tiwari

I’m a Software Engineer at Landis+Gyr, working on smart meters, grid edge intelligence, and smart infrastructure technology. I developed the Head-End System (HES) gateway that communicates between electric meter devices and upper systems, and I’ve designed for 99.9% accuracy in system alignment. I also built and optimized complex SQL queries and stored procedures for PostgreSQL, reducing database response time by 25%.

I develop high-performance Java-based components using clean code practices and design patterns to improve maintainability. I spearheaded SIT (System Integration Testing) and CIT (Code Integration Testing), and I diagnose and resolve complex UI and business logic bugs through root cause analysis. I manage agile workflows using Microsoft TFS to track stories, bugs, and daily activities for on-time delivery.

On my own projects, I built a Java Spring Boot Employee Repository with role-based security and CRUD capabilities, plus Dockerized PostgreSQL for straightforward deployment. I also created a real-time monitoring system using Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Prometheus, and Grafana to track user interactions and application performance.
