What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on, Agile team where I can build and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications with C# and SQL Server, own deployment/support workflows, and improve operational monitoring and ticket resolution.

I’m a results-oriented Software Engineer with 3+ years of progressive experience, delivering hands-on development and deployment work across software applications. I focus on MVC methodology, ASP.Net development using C#, and strong SQL Server fundamentals, with solid grounding in SDLC and Agile Software Development Methodology.

I’ve had good exposure to Business Object Data Services (BODS), and I’m comfortable with operational processing monitoring and support. I also work across JIRA management tool and ITSM services, handling problem support and resolution and escalating tickets when the situation calls for Level 3 support.

On projects like PEATS, I coordinated with Level 1 technical support specialists, onboarded and trained incoming junior tech support specialists, and solved 99.2% of Level 2 tech support tickets without escalation. I also contributed to SSAAM and TRS support and implemented developer and automation for deleting and moving files/folders based on scheduled events in event viewer.
