I am a healthcare strategy professional with experience in hospital strategy, performance management, and operational analytics. In my recent role as a Strategy Officer at a tertiary care specialty hospital in Ras Al Khaimah, I worked across key specialties including Neurosciences, Cardiology, and Oncology.

My experience includes working with hospital KPIs, daily and operational reports, performance tracking, data analysis, and management reporting to support informed decision-making. I enjoy working with data, identifying trends, understanding the reasons behind performance outcomes, and converting information into meaningful insights for improvement.

I am particularly interested in healthcare strategy, business analytics, performance management, process improvement, and business intelligence. I am also keen to strengthen my skills in advanced data analysis and strategic planning.
