At Iksula Services, I check and reconcile product records against source systems before publication. This work brought pre-publication errors down by 35% in six months.

I look after 1,200+ records, cleaning and formatting new product data, removing duplicates, mapping attributes, and running final checks. I also set up a shared format and cleaning routine that cut about six hours from each weekly update.

For my Retail Sales Performance Dashboard project, I cleaned 2,000 transactions and modelled them in Power BI. I used SQL to identify top SKUs and weak categories, then added KPI measures and filters for business users.

I also used SQL and Excel to group customers by purchase frequency and spending, identify high-value cohorts, and summarize repeat-purchase and revenue figures. I’m looking to move into a data analyst or junior data engineer role and work on more data pipelines.
