What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my training in radiation protection and radiation detection to support safe operations in environmental monitoring and radioactive source control, working with technical rigor, clear reporting, and strong safety protocol compliance.

I’m a ninth-semester Physics Engineering student at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with academic training in nuclear instrumentation, detection systems, and the fundamentals of radiation protection.

I’ve developed Geiger-Müller detectors and gained hands-on experience in the characterization and measurement of ionizing radiation. I bring strong analytical skills, technical rigor, and a solid focus on safety protocol compliance.

I’m interested in applying my knowledge in operational environments related to radiation protection, environmental monitoring, and radioactive source control. Through projects and coursework, I worked on radiation detector development, including a beta radiation detector using PIN photodiodes.

I’m comfortable working with tools such as Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and AWS, and I handle technical and administrative report writing. I’m also responsible with timelines, communicate effectively, and enjoy team-based execution.
