I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform—driving secure integrations, CI/CD-ready delivery, and adoption through strong technical leadership and mentoring.

I’m a Dynamics 365 Architect with over 12 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions across all modules—CE, F&O, Business Central, and Power Platform. I specialize in solution architecture, custom development, and system integration using C#, X++, JavaScript, and Azure services, with a focus on scalability, secure deployments, and long-term maintainability.

In my current role as a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Architect at Rand Group LLC, I design enterprise-wide F&O solutions for multi-entity organizations, lead integration strategies connecting F&O with Power Platform and external systems, and automate finance and supply chain workflows to reduce manual effort. I also oversee deployment and environment management to ensure governance, compliance, and operational continuity, while mentoring engineers and setting standards for X++ customizations, workflows, and data security models. Previously, I led Dynamics 365 F&O implementations at DynaTech Systems and developed Dynamics AX 2012 ERP solutions at Concepto Labs, including workflow, reporting, and post-deployment performance optimization.
