I am a Bachelor graduate in Communication Studies with a diverse career spanning over two decades. I began my journey as a Radio Broadcaster, where I honed my communication skills for nearly seven years. In 2010, I transitioned into the customer care industry, working with Indonesia AirAsia until 2019. My role involved extensive use of English, allowing me to connect with colleagues across Asia and Australia, and develop a strong customer service ethos.
