I’m seeking a challenging finance role where I can contribute to financial performance, process improvement, and organizational growth—using accurate financial insights, strong controls, and SAP-driven month-end close to help stakeholders decide confidently.

I’m a results-driven finance professional with experience in RTR and FP&A, specializing in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis. I use accurate financial insights, strong SAP expertise, and effective stakeholder collaboration to support business decision-making.

As Head of Finance (Hare Krishna Movement, 2023 March - Current), I manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger, and monthly financial reporting in line with Ind AS and applicable regulations. I prepare budgets and forecasts, track expenses, and perform variance analysis to ensure financial discipline and cost control.

I also handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and operational payments, and I support treasury-related activities such as cash flow monitoring and fund utilization. I strengthen internal financial controls (IFC), improve financial governance processes, and keep audit-ready records by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and financial reports.

Previously at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd (2021 June - 2023 February), I managed Record-to-Report (RTR) for US-based clients, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close. I prepared and analyzed Profit & Loss statements, ensured US GAAP/accounting standards compliance, and improved reporting efficiency by building MIS reports and dashboards in Excel, while supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
