I am a Senior Quality Engineer with strong experience in manual, functional, regression, exploratory and performance testing across web, mobile and tablet platforms. I design and execute test cases, test plans and strategies aligned to client requirements to ensure product quality.
I have executed performance test scripts using LoadRunner (Web HTTP/HTML and Citrix) and JMeter, and prepared performance test reports with actionable recommendations. I performed client-side performance testing for specific geographies and identified application slowness prior to production releases.
I collaborate closely with developers, business analysts and clients throughout the STLC and SDLC, participating in reviews and meetings and handling defect reporting, tracking and reproduction. I have also been involved in PT & privacy governance audits and handled production release testing activities.
My technical toolkit includes LoadRunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, API testing tools and MS SQL Server; I continually improve test approaches, test data and processes to deliver reliable results and better user experiences.
