I've built analytics projects across customer shopping behavior, banking risk, and global supply chains using SQL, Python, Power BI, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
For customer shopping analysis, I collected and validated purchasing data, identified high-value segments and revenue drivers, and created interactive KPI dashboards supporting retention, product strategy, and targeted marketing.
I also developed banking risk dashboards for loan portfolios, deposit distribution, customer segmentation, Loan-to-Deposit Ratio monitoring, and nationality-wise risk concentration. In supply chain analytics, I investigated delivery delays, shipping performance, bottlenecks, and product profitability to support logistics decisions.
Alongside analytics, I've led a 500-member community at Ments and delivered outreach and product-feedback initiatives. At Cyinov Consulting, I executed social content strategies that generated 15 inbound client enquiries.
