For airline delay analytics, I built a DuckDB and Python pipeline, trained a Random Forest model with 65% recall, and delivered a Power BI monitoring dashboard. For Brazilian Olist e-commerce, I identified customer segments, built a 91%+ accurate churn model, and created a four-page Plotly dashboard spanning executive KPIs, customers, products, and delivery operations.
