I’m a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with hands-on exposure from a BFSI internship at Dhanlaxmi Bank. I bring a practical understanding of daily banking operations, along with proven strengths in customer service and data entry.

During my internship, I collaborated with multiple departments to gain first-hand exposure to routine banking activities and customer interactions. I supported customer service tasks like helping customers fill out forms and writing details such as cheque information—strengthening my communication skills and attention to detail.

I’m proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and I enjoy using analytics to enhance operational efficiency. I also bring reliable teamwork and a client-friendly approach, focused on clear communication and smooth day-to-day execution.

Beyond my internship, I’m studying Financial Technology and I’ve been part of the Organiser Team for a FinTech Fest. I value honesty, time management, and staying sharp with tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Tally Prime with GST.
