I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology / December 2016 from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and am a dedicated, resourceful professional with three years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

As Lead NET Teacher, I managed the full recruitment cycle—job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring—while developing onboarding and initial training programs, performance evaluation processes, and ongoing professional learning to keep staff current with educational best practices.

In classroom roles as a NET Teacher and Co-Teacher, I delivered instruction in reading, writing, listening, science, and phonics to students ages 5–17, modified curriculum for one-on-one lessons, tracked data to identify trends, and collaborated with colleagues to design engaging lessons that support student growth.

I hold a 120 hour TESOL certification (2020) and bring volunteer experience as a student athletic trainer and meal distributor. I am culturally sensitive, adaptable, organized, and committed to promoting employee well-being and a positive, growth-focused workplace.
