At McKinsey & Company, I design AI-enabled service transformations for telecommunications and banking clients, using user research, journey maps, Figma wireframes, workflow design, and business cases to turn operational pain points into actionable change.
Previously, at Ontario Power Generation’s Darlington Nuclear Generating Station, I built automated reporting and visualization tools, supported a ~$1M infrastructure replacement project, and analyzed engineering systems supporting station operations. I bring a Mechanical Engineering background from the University of Toronto, with specializations in Energy and the Environment and Mechatronics.
