I optimized the Everbridge Critical Event Management platform, reducing notification processing time by 50%. I also execute and monitor global security, emergency, and travel risk notifications, and develop Power BI dashboards and executive reports to support decision-making.
Through Everbridge Governance Reporting automation, I reduced manual reporting effort by 25% and received an EY SPOT Award. My Google Data Analytics Capstone Project examined bike-share customer behavior using SQL, Excel, and data visualization.
