What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operational risk, data governance, and AI-enabled analytics initiatives that improve reporting, strengthen compliance, and deliver actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

At Citicorp Services India, I lead operational risk governance, analytics, and executive reporting for North American business stakeholders. I own data governance and reporting for approximately 7,000 client relationships, supporting data integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight.

I support the full third-party risk management lifecycle, from vendor due diligence and onboarding through monitoring, reviews, and offboarding. I partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Business teams to identify control gaps and drive remediation.

I’ve automated more than 40 reporting solutions with Advanced Excel and IBM Cognos, reducing manual effort from days to hours. I also re-engineered a CPRA compliance workflow, reducing execution time from seven days to four hours, and use enterprise generative AI to strengthen dashboard insights and data-quality validation.

Earlier, I built automated dashboards and reporting workflows at Testing Mavens, developed BI reports at Tech Mahindra, and delivered financial, marketing, quality, and sales analytics at Nilkamal. I bring hands-on experience in SQL, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, stakeholder management, UAT, SOPs, and team mentoring.
