At Headway, I built a 12-lesson Python curriculum used to onboard 20 new hires across engineering and data teams. I also ran weekly remote workshops on scripting for data extraction and automation.
I created six mini-project templates, including data cleaners, simple CLI games, and API clients, and used them as graded group exercises. I reviewed student submissions and gave feedback on readability and problem decomposition.
At Comarch, I designed and delivered remote Python trainings for operations teams. I also organized weekend coding labs, guiding interns and junior engineers through projects such as a ticket parser and a log analyzer.
Earlier, at Upscalepics and AyalaLand, I wrote Python scripts for image processing and reporting tasks and introduced colleagues to programming through workshops and practice projects.
