I'm seeking opportunities to apply my Indonesian language expertise, data annotation accuracy, and communication skills to language quality, AI development, and international collaboration.

At PT Priskila Prima Makmur, I lead daily production operations for 106 employees in fragrance and personal care manufacturing, delivering up to 40,000 finished products per day while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.

I've improved production performance through machine speed optimization and machine modifications, managed more than 20 New Product Introduction launches across Body Mist and Roll-On lines, and coordinated closely with QA, Warehouse, Engineering, Maintenance, and PPIC teams.

I also prepare production reports, manage manpower allocation and machine utilization, investigate performance issues, and coach production teams through continuous improvement, K3, and 5R initiatives.

Alongside manufacturing, I'm expanding into AI evaluation and data annotation, reviewing AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
