At Berman & Rabin PA, I manage six Legal Assistants and four Post Legal Assistants while processing filings from start to finish in Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. I prepare petitions, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and garnishments, and support trial preparation across an average of 1,700 active cases.
Earlier, at Evans & Mullinix, P.A. and South & Associates P.C., I supported post-judgment collections, including locating assets and preparing garnishments and foreign judgments. At Fresh View Solutions, I worked on commercial loan recovery while following FDCPA and CFPB regulations.
