What I'm looking for

I seek a HIM role where I can apply RHIA/CCS expertise to improve coding accuracy, streamline records processes, support registry and accreditation efforts, and contribute to a collaborative, quality-driven team.

I am a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) with hands-on experience in ambulatory surgery coding, cancer registry support, and health information management across hospital and outpatient settings. I have streamlined departmental workflows, maintained strict confidentiality of medical records, and used systems such as EPIC, CRSTAR, and the 3M Encoder to ensure accurate coding and records management.

I have supported accreditation efforts, coordinated multidisciplinary tumor board and committee meetings, and produced administrative materials including slides and meeting minutes. I am detail-oriented, fluent in Turkish, proficient in Microsoft Office, and committed to quality assurance, process improvement, and supporting patient- and provider-facing information needs.
