I've led maintenance, reliability, and capital-project work at Cafca Limited and Windmill Private Limited, including managing a team of over 30 technicians, integrating predictive maintenance with condition-based maintenance, and improving spare-parts processes.
I bring hands-on experience in maintenance budgeting, equipment installation and commissioning, plant assessments, boiler efficiency, machine validation, root cause analysis, and mechanical redesigns. Currently, I support material flow, inventory control, warehouse transactions, and 5S standards at Jabil.
